We keep returns simple and intentional. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly—while protecting the quality standards behind every Blaq & Blu piece.

Your satisfaction matters. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Custom or special-order pieces are final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and grooming purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason. Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed return instructions.

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • In the same condition as received

Returns received without an RA number may be declined.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.

Common Return and Refund Questions

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Custom or special-order pieces are final sale, and underwear purchases are not eligible due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping is not covered unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, contact us promptly at hello@blaqandblu.com and we’ll take care of it. For other returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our warehouse receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
