Refund and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Eligible returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Please note that customized or special ordered items are not eligible for return. In addition, strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on underwear purchases due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
To begin the return process, simply reach out to us at hello@blaqandblu.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason(s) for your return request. Upon receipt of your message, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Kindly be aware that we retain the right to decline any returns lacking a valid RA number or failing to comply with the following terms: items must be returned sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
We will not honor returns should the item(s) be returned in poor condition, used, worn, washed, without tags, or without their original packaging.
Free shipping on returns is not provided unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. If you encounter such issues, please promptly notify us at hello@blaqandblu.com. For returns using your own label, we suggest utilizing a traceable shipping method to track delivery.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the item(s). Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, please start a return process and proceed to place a new order online.
