32-34 waist ordered XXL and fits perfect. Straps are snug and not floppy like some brands fit. Pouch snug but has room at the same time.

This underwear is amazing quality for the price. The styling and black and blue looks great. I’ve worn it many times to the gym and it doesn’t stretch out. I’ve washed it just about every week and it still looks brand new. Don’t spend big bucks on any of that name brand underwear, this is even better quality for a fraction of the cost.
