We keep returns simple and intentional. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly—while protecting the quality standards behind every Blaq & Blu piece.
Your satisfaction matters. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note that custom or special-order pieces are final sale, and for hygiene and safety reasons, underwear purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return, contact us at hello@blaqandblu.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief reason for your request. Once reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions for next steps.
To preserve the quality and presentation standards of Blaq & Blu, approved returns must be sent back unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns submitted without a valid RA number may be declined.
Returns may be declined if items arrive in poor condition, show signs of wear, have been washed, are missing tags, or are not returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping is not covered unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us promptly at hello@blaqandblu.com so we can make it right. For returns shipped using your own label, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of warehouse receipt. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges—if you’d like a different item, simply complete a return and place a new order online.
