We ship globally with care and intention. Every Blaq & Blu order is prepared to arrive securely, clearly tracked, and aligned with the standards behind our curated collections.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to home and business addresses. To ensure secure delivery and reliable tracking, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or package forwarding services.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please verify that your shipping details are accurate, as changes or redirection may not be possible once your order enters transit. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

After a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Blaq & Blu cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and ensuring a secure delivery location.

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, particularly if certain items have different lead times or ship from separate fulfillment locations.

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after confirmation, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed, including updates to the shipping address.
