We currently offer delivery services exclusively to the USA. Please note that deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories are not available at this time.
Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as redirection of goods once they are in transit is not possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. It is essential to utilize this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Blaq & Blu cannot be held responsible for theft or undelivered packages once marked as delivered. Therefore, we kindly ask that you closely monitor the delivery of your shipment.
Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, particularly for items with lead times or those on backorder.
As we begin preparing your order shortly after confirmation, we regret to inform you that changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order is confirmed. This includes changes to the shipping address.
